fix(ai-react, deps): batch useChat renders and restore one @google/genai copy useChat used useSyncExternalStore, which renders synchronously on every snapshot change. A buffered stream rendered once per chunk and the time-slicing e2e spec saw 6-9 long tasks. Hold the snapshot in state so React batches changes into one render per task, as main did. The lockfile regen moved ai-vertex's @google/genai dev dependency onto a different zod peer than ai-gemini's. Two copies meant the factories test mocked the wrong one. Restore main's entry.
