fix(ai,ai-harness): optional ctx.harness, an error for a mixed log fold, and an allow-listed HarnessSession - Remove registerSubagentContextDefaults, its process-global Set, and the harness module side effect that filled it. ctx.harness is now optional on SubagentContextExtension. Every session path still passes it through binding.extend. ai-harness goes back to "sideEffects": false. - A harness with another durability.project or durability.reduce than the one that folds an open log now throws when it opens that log, in place of a silent first-opener-wins fold. - HarnessSession lists its public members (an allow-list), and SessionImpl implements it. takeOver, scrubError, loggedRun, and scheduleRun leave the public type. - The POST run route calls resolveForRun and sendForRun directly, and throws for a session of another package copy. - Fix the expose.commands JSDoc to client.command({ name }).
