fix(forms): write Signal Forms checkboxes, radios and selects in user mode fill-form and form-action set-value ticked a Signal Forms checkbox on the page but left the model false, and still reported success. The write fired only a change event, and Signal Forms' native control listens for input. Checkboxes, radios and selects now fire input then change, like a real click, so Signal Forms and the reactive and template-driven accessors all see the write. A checkbox or radio write now also checks the model and reports "holds <value> after the write" when the two disagree.
