ci: fold examples/** and testing/** into the single test:pr/test:ci run Per review feedback, drop the --exclude=examples/**,testing/** carve-out and the separate test:types:examples pass; include the example/testing projects directly in the main affected/run-many invocation. Nx runs whatever of the target set each project defines (in practice build + test:types), so call-site type regressions in examples/testing are caught without a bolted-on command.
