feat(ai-mcp): serve spec 2025 without sessions by default (#1593) sessions now defaults to 'stateless', so a createMCPServer server works on multi-instance hosts with no setup. Set sessions: 'memory' to keep spec 2025 sessions for requestInput and client sampling. serveMCPStdio still defaults to 'memory'.
