chore: remove core-dashboard Nx projects and fix dotnet format whitespace (#6) Remove the core-dashboard and core-dashboard-e2e Nx projects (core/ts frontend moving to a separate private repo, out of scope). Deleted directories core/ts/dashboard and core/ts/dashboard-e2e; no other workspace config referenced them (tsconfig.base.json paths were empty, nx.json uses @nx-dotnet/core plugin discovery with no dashboard entries). Fix WHITESPACE lint failures flagged by dotnet format --verify-no-changes in the pre-existing APIKeyValidatorTests.cs: add the missing space before the object-initializer closing brace on two ClientAPIKey lines. No test logic or assertions changed.
