feat(ai-cloudflare): send defaultHeaders as extraHeaders on binding runs (#1568) * feat(ai-cloudflare): send defaultHeaders as extraHeaders on binding runs Binding mode dropped every request header, so there was no way to set x-session-affinity for Workers AI prompt caching. The binding config now takes defaultHeaders and forwards them as the extraHeaders run option, next to gateway. The OpenAI SDK's own headers are still not forwarded.
