refactor(router-utils): share the shared-module helpers between route splitting and server functions Route splitting (`?tsr-shared=1`) and the server-function shared module (`?tss-serverfn-shared`) both find the bindings several groups use, replace their declarations with an import and build a module of them. Those steps now live in router-utils: findSharedBindings, removeSharedDeclarations, createSharedImport/createSharedReExport and retainSharedDeclarations. The route splitter now keeps a shared default-exported named declaration declared once and inside the shared module, so its expected-fail runtime test passes. On the Start side, the analysis reads the references Babel's scope already tracks instead of walking declarations again, treats writers and destructured siblings as dependency edges, and exits early when handlers use nothing else of their module. The compiler plans before the handlers run and applies the shared helpers after them, which removes the provider re-export special case. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
