fix(ci): add packages field to pnpm-workspace.yaml A pnpm-workspace.yaml with only allowBuilds and no packages field breaks 'pnpm store path' / 'pnpm exec' (used by actions/setup-node pnpm cache), failing CI. This repo is a single root package, so packages: ['.'].
