fix(analog): flag ssr and static values that only start with true or false A value like ssr: true && isProd passed the literal check, so the scan read it as true without saying the config was read in part. A flag now counts as literal only when true or false is followed by a comma, a closing brace or the end of the options. Also adds the real signal locator and restore tests to the compat matrix and splits a few long docs sentences. Refs #369 Refs #367
