refactor(ai-utils, openai-base, ai-openrouter): share one drainAfterTerminal helper Move the duplicated helper into @tanstack/ai-utils. ReadableStreams are read with a reader so they can be cancelled during a pending read; other iterables take an abort callback (the OpenAI SDK Stream controller). OpenRouter reuses normalizeStreamEvent for the event type. Fix the doc comment, drop wall-clock assertions, and add fake-timer unit tests.
