fix(readme): correct npm badges and partner logo URLs (#1904) * fix(readme): point package badges and partner logos at the right images Thirteen package READMEs copied the core badge row, so npm showed @tanstack/ai downloads. CodeRabbit logo URLs 404, and the Cloudflare fallback was the white logo, which disappears on a light page. * fix(readme): keep the badge fix to the broken badges and logos The framework banner still loads. This change does not need a new banner. * fix(readme): show the npm version instead of the latest GitHub release The release badge used github/v/release, so every README showed whichever package tag was created last. The bundle badge came from badgen's Bundlephobia proxy, which returns HTTP 502.
