feat(ai-mcp): toolName, requestOptions, strict toolFilter lists, and parsed resource template variables createMCPClient gets toolName (the name the model sees) and requestOptions (timeout and resetTimeoutOnProgress for connect, tool lists, tool calls, resources, and prompts). toolFilter also takes a list of server tool names; a missing or repeated name throws MCPToolFilterError. Tool metadata keeps a frozen copy of the server annotations, and input schemas get type and properties defaults. resourceDefinition({ uriTemplate, argsSchema }) parses the template variables, and a read body can set its own MIME type. Split out of #1555.
