fix(files): reject foreign handles in getFile/deleteFile, send file parts over the wire in docs getFile() and deleteFile() inferred TName from both the adapter and the handle, so a handle from another provider widened it to a union and the call compiled. NoInfer<TName> on the id keeps the adapter as the only source. A test with @ts-expect-error guards it. AG-UI 1.0 carries file sources, so the Files API guide and the ai-core skills now show the browser putting fileSourceFromHandle(handle) straight into sendMessage content. They also note that grokFiles().get() mints the public URL again after revokePublicUrl().
