test: pin a webpack hot update without React Refresh and a dev-server lookup deadlock Route HMR keeps the previous component options for React Refresh to patch, also when no React Refresh runtime is installed, so webpack apps without a refresh plugin (like the webpack quickstart example) never show an edited route component until a reload. In a Vite dev server with an empty dependency cache, a client module with a server fn and a top-level call of a pre-bundled dependency (a `z.object()` schema) never finishes transforming: the compiler's module lookup waits for the dependency optimizer, which waits for the transform. Hit by `server.warmup`, a middleware-mode server's first request and direct `transformRequest()` calls. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
