fix(ai-sandbox): keep the sandbox when a run pauses at a wait chat() now calls onFinish when a run pauses at a client-tool or approval wait (#996). withSandbox then took the after-run snapshot and ran destroyOnComplete while the run was only paused. Skip both when the run reached an interrupt, like ai-persistence does. Also update stale comments in ai-persistence and add a docs note that onFinish fires at a pause.
