feat(claude-code): default settingSources to ['project'] Claude Code only reads project-scoped config (CLAUDE.md, .claude/skills, .mcp.json) when 'project' is in --setting-sources, so workspace projections never loaded under the old 'user' default. 'user' is now off by default so a local-process run does not pull in the host's ~/.claude. Plugin projection installs with --scope project to match.
