CI: type sync-storybook-version env as NodeJS.ProcessEnv TypeScript narrowed the spread-derived object literal to only the two explicit string properties, so `delete env.CI` failed the `scripts:check` nx task on the merge commit. Annotating the local with `NodeJS.ProcessEnv` restores the expected index signature and lets the `delete` compile.
