perf: bundle runtime dependencies into dist Move yaml, semver, jsonc-parser, cac, std-env, and @clack/prompts to devDependencies and let tsdown bundle and tree-shake them into dist (tsdown.config.ts). The published package has no runtime dependencies, the install footprint drops from ~2.4 MB across 10 packages to under 1 MB in one, and startup no longer resolves ~150 files in node_modules: `intent list` in an empty project goes from ~75 ms to ~35 ms. jsonc-parser's `main` is a UMD build that rolldown cannot bundle, so the config aliases it to the package's ESM entry.
