chore(deps): bump joi and @auth0/nextjs-auth0 Removes [joi](https://github.com/hapijs/joi). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@auth0/nextjs-auth0](https://github.com/auth0/nextjs-auth0). These dependencies need to be updated together.
