fix(openai-base, ai-openrouter): keep JSON mode off tool turns and match :variant catalog ids - supportsCombinedToolsAndSchema() returns false in JSON mode, so the schema prompt goes only on the separate structured-output request. mapOptionsToRequest no longer adds it, so it cannot repeat. - OpenRouter checks the full id (with modelOptions.variant) before the id without its :variant, in one shared helper for the JSON-only and combined sets. - Docs, changeset and skills: plain JSON Schema and streamed replies are not validated; note the openai-base json_object behavior change. - Tests: :free/variant/fallback lookup, combined gate in JSON mode, OpenRouter chat and Responses JSON mode with tools, single schema prompt, Groq prompt.
