feat(deployment): cancel in-progress deployment or run it again from deployment detail The deployment detail action is now a single context-aware button — Cancel while a deployment is in progress, Run again once finished; Run again replays the deployment's original action (deploy/restart/stop/uninstall/delete) scoped to its services, defaulting to a deploy replay for unmapped actions; renamed RunAgainButton → DeploymentActionButton.
