fix(ai-byteplus): attach encrypted_content to the reasoning message The adapter put Ark's encrypted_content on the base's STEP_FINISHED as a signature. The core turned it into REASONING_ENCRYPTED_VALUE with the step id as entityId, and no message has that id. An AG-UI client that is not TanStack's dropped the value, so the next request did not send encrypted_content back. The adapter now passes STEP_FINISHED through and sends REASONING_ENCRYPTED_VALUE with entityId set to the reasoning message id.
