fix(ai): keep an approved edit only when its call passed the check - Remove checkCompletedResumedClientTools. Main's final check (#1750) keeps a client result as it is, so this pass never checked the input. It only sent a second TOOL_CALL_RESULT and wrote an unchecked edit. - A null editedArgs is no edit (executeToolCalls uses editedArgs ?? input), so the transcript keeps the model input, not the string "null". - A middleware skip did not pass the check, so its edit is not kept. retainApprovedArgumentEdits takes the phase result and picks the ids.
