fix(clusters): offer the dry run when redeploying an Engine v2 self-managed cluster The redeploy entry of an Engine v2 self-managed cluster called deployCluster directly, so the update modal and its dry run option never opened. It now opens the same modal as other clusters. A first deploy still starts directly.
