chore: add VS Code debug configs for MicroZen.Api (#11) Add .vscode/launch.json with coreclr launch configs (http -> 5187, https -> 7070) for the .NET API, plus a .vscode/tasks.json build task (dotnet build MicroZen.Core.sln) used as preLaunchTask. Frontend (Angular dashboard) is out of scope as it was moved to a private repo.
