7cb1b4b9 Fixed email adapter's adapter-manager import for boot v6.57.0 switched adapter-manager to `export default`; every consumer was updated to `require('.../adapter-manager').default` except the fork's email adapter, which kept the bare require. That yielded the module namespace ({default: ...}) instead of the manager, so `adapterManager.getAdapter` was undefined and Ghost crashed at boot with 'adapterManager.getAdapter is not a function'.

ed10f5e7 Fix Mailgun adapter unit tests and test file naming The delegation tests tried to inject mocks via `_Mailgun__emailProvider`, which is a no-op against the native `#emailProvider` private field, so the real providers ran instead (and broke once v6.46.0 required settings.get()). Support explicit provider injection in the Mailgun adapter constructor and inject the test doubles through it. Also rename the adapter test files to kebab-case to satisfy ghost/filenames/match-regex.
