017ba1cc Added alt text control to the product card editor Editors had no way to describe a product card image, and the preview hardcoded a placeholder alt. The node's alt text now flows down to the image component, which shows an Alt toggle at the bottom-right of the image while the card is in edit mode. Clicking it reveals an uncontrolled input under the image, so the caret does not jump while typing; the toggle stacks under the settings panel when they overlap, exposes its pressed state, and the input has an accessible name. Removing the image clears the alt so a replacement never inherits a stale description. The interaction mirrors the image card's existing Alt toggle.

77f26859 🐛 Fixed missing tiers in previous part of webhook (#29810) closes #29805 Currently, switching between tiers does not cause a webhook to fire. This makes it hard for an integration to detect plan changes without doing a full scan of members. This PR makes sure that tiers are emitted, and provides a test for the corrected behavior.

c490404b Matched small portal popover's X to large version (#26392) no ref Currently, the colors used in portal for the gh-portal-close (X) button are inconsistent. the small popover uses --grey10 (which has poor contrast), while the larger popover (when showing tiers) uses --grey6. This PR changes gh-portal-close to consistently use --grey6, matching the current visual styling of the large popover's close button.
