Select candidates once per segment and resolve bounded pages outside the write transaction, with two preparation workers by default. Keep the existing accounting, stable batch recovery, and frozen preparation boundary. Drain in-flight writes and recovery after failure while cancelling sibling retry backoffs. Preserve selected-order domain warming and account explicitly for members removed after selection. Cover concurrent recovery with MySQL and single-connection queuing with SQLite. Include a synthetic benchmark for preparation and discard/rebuild.
