🐛 Fixed template view render bug with `.` filenames no ref - if a theme hbs template has a `.` in it (i.e. foo.bar.hbs), the template selector would trim off `.hbs` leaving a template of foo.bar - express's rendering engine only adds '.hbs' to the template name if it does not already have an extension, leading to an error where it tries to lookup the wrong template file - explicitly adding .hbs (except for the case of absolute filepaths) ensures the correct file is always selected
